The Service

No professional relationship

Your use of the Service does not create a lawyer-client relationship, consultant-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship.

User content

You are responsible for any content you submit (including messages, documents, and personal information). You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and devices. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Prohibited use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access it using automated abuse.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service’s security or availability.
  • Do not use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading information.

Payment and refunds

If the Service offers paid features, prices and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once provided.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, messaging platforms). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Ownership

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of your content. We may use your content to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to provide you with outputs you request.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

Termination

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that the courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
