A Bangladeshi refusal is answered with RJSC or a trade licence, not a higher taka balance
RJSC is the company register
The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms issues the certificate of incorporation. That is the paper for a company. Upload it in the name that owns the account the officer is reading.
A trade licence is the local shop, not a second RJSC certificate
City corporations and pourashavas issue the trade licence for a business that is not a company. Send the current licence. An expired licence does not show a business that is still trading. Either paper shows the business exists. Neither one explains a deposit. Match each large credit to an invoice with a payer, an amount, and a date.
The papers, in Bangla
- Trade licence — ট্রেড লাইসেন্স. The current local licence for a shop. A company uses the RJSC certificate instead.
- RJSC — কোম্পানি নিবন্ধন. Registrar of Joint Stock Companies certificate, in the name on the account.
- Khatian — খতিয়ান. Record of rights in your name, after mutation. A parent’s khatian is not your tie.
Visitor visa (from outside Canada) — Bangladesh: 37 days
On September 22, 2026, IRCC's processing-time tool showed 37 days for Visitor visa (from outside Canada) when the country is Bangladesh. The tool updates weekly. 37 days is an estimate, not a date IRCC owes you. Add the biometrics appointment and the time for the passport to come back.
What Canada charges — Bangladeshi taka on September 28, 2026
IRCC charges Canadian dollars. The BDT column is the ExchangeRate-API mid-market rate on September 28, 2026: ৳87.08 per CAD. A card issuer or a money changer will not use this rate. Confirm the CAD figure on the IRCC fee list.

A first-time applicant who must give biometrics pays CAD $185, about ৳16,111, before any visa-application-centre service charge. Trip funds are a different test. The fee is not the funds.
The test does not change by country
Whether you will leave Canada is IRPR section 179. That rule is the same for every passport. Read the letter, change the file before you pay again, and treat a lump and weak ties as their own pages. This page is only the local paper.

Not if you are not a company. Send the current trade licence and the invoices. RJSC is for incorporated entities.

The letter cites IRPR 179(b) when the officer wasn't satisfied you'll leave Canada. Read the factors under that line before you apply again.
