Data deletion instructions

You can delete your Immigration DM account and the data we hold for that account from the dashboard:

1. Log in and open the dashboard.
2. Go to Settings (sidebar), or click your name in the bottom-left corner and choose Manage your account (same page).
3. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page and click Delete account….
4. Type delete in the confirmation field, then click Permanently delete account. You will be signed out when finished.

After deletion, we remove or anonymize your account data as described in our privacy policy. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, limited security or billing logs), as explained there.
