This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, chat, and related services (including messages you send via third-party platforms such as Instagram or Facebook when we connect those channels).

Information we collect

  • Messages and content you send through our services.
  • Technical data such as device/browser type and approximate timestamps needed to operate the service.
  • Identifiers provided by connected platforms (for example, to route and respond to your messages).

How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve the service, respond to you, maintain security, and comply with law. Automated systems (including AI) may process your messages to generate replies.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us run the product (for example, hosting, email, or AI inference) under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

Data deletion

You can delete your Immigration DM account and the data we hold for that account from the dashboard:

  1. Log in and open the dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings (sidebar), or click your name in the bottom-left corner and choose Manage your account (same page).
  3. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page and click Delete account….
  4. Type delete in the confirmation field, then click Permanently delete account. You will be signed out when finished.

After deletion, we remove or anonymize your account data as described in our privacy policy. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, limited security or billing logs), as explained there.

If you cannot log in, need help deleting data tied to a messaging channel, or want to request deletion another way, email [email protected].
